Larry Jansen was the winning pitcher in the "Shot Heard Round the World" Game in 1951 which clinched the NL pennant for the New York Giants. After nine seasons in the Major Leagues, Jansen finished with 122 wins, 842 strikeouts, and an ERA of 3.58. He would return to the Giants as a pitching coach. This San Francisco Giants home jersey from the 1967 season has a McAuliffe tag with "67" and "46" sewn to the front tail. There is a Jansen strip tag in the collar.
