Lot Description  

A spectacular post career award given to Floyd Patterson by the WBA at their 11th annual awards dinner in Atlantic City in 1996. This beautiful plate, 11 3/4" in diameter has the enamel WBA logo at center with a crown atop. Reads, "LEGEND OF BOXING FLOYD PATTERSON" on the perimeter. Beautiful gold plate with red and blue trim. Minor scratches, otherwise fine. From the personal collection of Floyd Patterson.
