This is a terrific lot of two Filipino amateur championship belts awarded to Lee Alonzo, one for a victory over the great Flash Elorde. The first has a red, white and blue sash with a silver and gold plate which reads, "Donated By Sec. Jesus Marcos Poces Lightweight Champion of the Philippines Won By Lee Alonzo June 15, 55." Soiled and 36" long. The second has a red, white and blue sash with a pitted gold plate that reads, "Donated by Ely Ramos Lightweight Championship of the Philippines Aug 17 '55. Heavy soiling. 36" long.
