Wings cigarettes exploded onto the scene as a popular economy brand of smokes in 1929. These two cardboard ads from the 1930s are the first we have seen and feature sensational graphics, one in the football realm and one in baseball. Both measure 20" x 30" and are in EX-NRMT condition with some light creasing. The football ad reads: "CELLOPHANE WRAPPED WINGS 10 CENTS UNION MADE STRONGER SATISFY LONGER." The baseball poster reads: "WINGS LAST LONGER BECAUSE THEY'RE STRONGER 10 CENTS UNION MADE CELLOPHANE WRAPPED." Don't miss your chance to add these ads to your collection!
