One of the most storied and well traveled jerseys we have ever offered is this San Francisco Giants "home" jersey worn by Barry Bonds. Originally obtained by collector Jeff Kranz after Bonds hit his first home run in the newly opened Pac-Bell Park on April 11, 2000, it was later confiscated by the FBI during their investigations into Bonds' memorabilia. Two years after it was removed from his home Kranz was granted possession once again when the government could find no wrong doing. The cream colored jersey is sewn with "Giants" on the front and only his number "25" on the reverse. On the left sleeve is the "San Francisco Giants Inaugural Year 2000". Made by Russell, with their manufacturer's tag in front tail along with [size] "48", "100% Polyester", and "1" Extra Body Length" flag tags. Also present at the hem is the, "25 Barry Bonds Authenticated" patch and made complete with his black sharpie inscription "Barry Bonds HR #1 4/11/00" (9/10). Full documentation of these events will go to the winning bidder. A more historic and telling Bonds jersey does not exist!
