From the Topps archive comes these very cool film-strip quality color separation sheets from this legendary and rare complete 55-card set of 1962 Mars Attacks cards. The graphic depiction of sadistic Martians destroying everyone and everything in sight on the doomed planet Earth were a hit with kids but not with parents. They were pulled from store shelves and discontinued not long after their release. The three sheets are each 22 X 29” and have very minimal wear due to proper storage. One sheet film quality sheet is black and clear and was probably used as a guide as to where the black ink was to be. The other filmstrip quality sheet was probably used for the yellow ink. Lastly there is the yellow test sheet on thick cardboard stock. The piece will make a nice addition to any printing proof or test issue collection.
