1992 was a good year for forward Dirk Graham of the Chicago Black Hawks. He captained his team to a Stanley Cup final and a few months later represented Canada at the Canada Cup, scoring a key shorthanded goal that helped eliminate the United States. The two-way forward was a valuable man for whomever he played because of his dedication at both ends of the ice. He started his NHL career with the North Stars but blossomed after being traded to Chicago. Jersey is white with red and black trim and has the well known Black Hawk insignia on the chest. Above it to the left his captain’s “C,” to the right “NHL 75” anniversary patch. This patch is above the outline of the circular 1991 All-Star Game patch. “Maska” collar tag. Sleeves have his number “33” and a Black Hawk logo. Reverse has “Graham” over his “33.” There is evidence of a number change on the jersey. Shirt has amazing use with several team repairs and evidence of sticks, pucks and the boards, something you’d expect from a player who wasn’t afraid to go into the corners and do what needed doing.
