The 6 card set of Fro Joy Ice Cream baseball cards were given out with ice cream cones for one week in August of 1928 and are exceedingly scarce in fully original condition. Unfortunately, some boneheads out there decided to reprint/counterfeit the issue which has made many collectors leery of the legitimacy of the cards, necessitating the involvement of a reputable Authentication company to determine which are real and which are fake. Well, this is a real one! Look out Mr. Pitcher, indeed, as the great Bambino is ready to step up to the plate and clout a long one. Solidly Near Mint plus condition, this card is very well printed and suffers only from very light corner nicks in a couple of spots. An authentic and very tough to find treasure!
