Handwritten note was penned and signed by Honest Abe just 2 months before his assassination. Written order is with regards to the Civil War, measuring 3.5x2.25" and in black fountain ink, reads, "Let this boy be discharged on refunding any bounty received, A. Lincoln, Feb. 13, 1865." Lincoln's signature is clear and grades "8" out of a possible 10. Autograph is matted along with a print of Lincoln and framed in gold.
