Beautiful Atlanta Braves home white jersey saw Major League use from Hall of Fame third baseman, Eddie Mathews in 1964. "Braves 41" spans the chest in red on navy tackle twill lettering. Back bears his number again. Left sleeve with embroidered Braves team patch. In the collar is embroidered, "Mathews 64 - set - 2" in black thread. Front tail tagging is "Wilson [size] 42." Perfect use and wear all the way around. "Mathews" was removed from the back, the original lettering still visible from the traces. A most attractive style of jersey with braided embroidered trim in navy, and an important piece of the premier third baseman of the 1950's-60's.
