The Rolls Royce of celluloid pins, it’s “Tyrus Cobb at bat.” This is the only one of its kind ever known to exist, the absolute summit in pin collecting. Circa 1906, this was created out of the fervor of Ty Cobb's mythological legacy, which started almost instantaneously as he entered the Majors. Cobb’s was one of the rare careers that never showed any real moment of weakness, and he achieved the all time best lifetime batting average - a number that is most likely never to be broken. Back of pin is evenly and completely tarnished, but front still boasts bold graphics and virtually no damage except for some slight toning. EX-MT!
