Government postcard signed by Eddie Cicotte (1884-1969), one of the main conspirators in the infamous 1919 "Black Sox" scandal. Cicotte has inscribed the card "Ed Cicotte White Sox" in blue ink (grading 8/10) on the reverse. The postmark stamp was applied haphazardly and the date is not visible, but our consignor relates that it was obtained in the mid-to-late 1960s, a time that he was actively collecting baseball autographs. The card (5.5x3.25") remains in Excellent condition. Full LOA from PSA.
