Early 1940s Red Corriden Brooklyn Dodgers game worn jersey. "Corriden" is embroidered in red stitching in the neck area of the jersey, just above a Spalding patch. A size 42 tag is sewn into the inside back tail. "Dodgers" is sewn across the chest of the zipper-style jersey in blue, and "30" is on the back of the jersey, also in blue. Corriden was a coach for the Dodgers from 1941 to 1946. He was also a former Major League player who debuted in 1910, and retired in 1915. He played for the St. Louis Browns (1910), Detroit Tigers (1912), and the Chicago Cubs (1913-15).
