A Louisville Slugger bat issued to former New York Yankees pitcher John Wetteland during the 1996 World Series. The barrel of the 34" long, 33.3 ounce bat features the pitcher's name as well as the words 1996 World Series. Wetteland did not have an at bat during the series though there are ball marks visible on the bat. The item includes a Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA. Wetteland would help lead the Yankees to the World Series title in 1996 and was named the World Series MVP. This is a great piece of memorabilia from the start of the Yankees' 1990s dynasty.
