This was a limited-edition signed piece distributed by Upper Deck and it is hand-numbered "152/536" in black marker on the right front tail. The Mitchell & Ness jersey (size "L"), which is complete with a replica American League "Golden Anniversary" patch on the left sleeve, remains in Near Mint condition.
