With Stuffy McInnis at first base, Eddie Collins at second base, and Frank "Home Run" Baker at third base, it is one of the most famous units in baseball history; Lefty Grove, Hall of Fame pitcher, on a small photo next to a signed photo of George Earnshaw, most likely from a magazine; Howard Ehmke, pitcher, signing on a file card; Joe Bush, pitcher, signing on a photographer's release card; Max Bishop, second baseman on two Athletics World Champions, on a government postcard; Frank Hayes, catcher, on a 3.5x5" piece of paper; Bing Miller, outfielder, on a government postcard. The postcards, papers etc., often show expected darkening, because of the passage of time. The autographs are usually in blue or black ballpoint or blue or black fine tip markers.
