Offered is a 2004 ALCS Game 7 gam-used baseball that is signed and inscribed by Red Sox stars Manny Ramirez (that season's World Series MVP) and Hall of Famer David Ortiz, the '04 ALCS MVP. The Game 7 win against the Yankees (after being down 3-0 in the Series) propelled the Red Sox into the World Series, where they finally lifted the "Curse of the Bambino" and won their first World Championship since 1918.

In the ALCS Game 7, Ramirez went 1-for 5, with a single and a run scored. Ortiz went 1-4 in that contest, hitting a 2-run homer in the first inning to drive in Ramirez and give the Red Sox a 2-0 lead in a game they won 10-3. Ortiz took the '04 ALCS MVP by batting .387 in the ALCS, with three home runs and 11 RBIs. Ramirez won the '04 World Series MVP by batting .412 against the St. Louis Cardinals, with a home run and four RBIs.

The offered Official Major League Baseball (Selig) has an MLB hologram: MR179748. Ramirez, writing in blue ballpoint ink, signed and inscribed the ball on a side panel and inscribed "W.S. MVP." Ortiz signed the ball on a side panel, under the MLB logo. Using blue ink from a ballpoint pen, Ortiz signed his name, added "34" [his number], and inscribed "MVP ALCS." Both signatures rate 7-8/10. The ball has an affixed PSA sticker for the signatures: Cert. # "AO88336." The ball has a number of scuffs, smudges and stains, a few under the signatures, not substantially affecting the autographs.
