Two classic photographs from legendary New York Yankees teammates Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth. The first is a News Service photo of Ruth and Gehrig celebrating after Ruth's famed "Called Shot" home run. This image was used in a Sports Thrills card. The photo has some wrinkles and tears and a red marker spot near the bottom. The other image is an 8x10" photo of Gehrig and Ruth embracing during Lou Gehrig Day at Yankee Stadium where he gave his famed, "Luckiest Man Alive" speech. This piece comes directly from Joe DiMaggio's personal collection as noted on the PSA label. The photo features small tears and wrinkles and has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA who has verified the photo as Type III Authentic.
