Orlando Magic road unform (jersey and pants) issued for use by Shaquille O'Neal during the 1994-95 season. This uniform was never worn by O'Neal, but the reason he never wore it is directly related to its provenance. The uniform has been consigned directly by the former Manager of Team Operations for Champion, the company that produced the uniforms for the Orlando Magic. As he explains in his accompanying letter of provenance, the NBA requested Champion to make additional uniforms for O'Neal, in the event that one was lost, stolen, or damaged. This is one of those extras, that was held by our consignor at the Champion facilities. After the season, when it was no longer needed, he retained it as a souvenir, and it has been in his possession since that time. It must be noted that the offered uniform is identical to the ones worn by O'Neal during the 1994-95 season, making it an affordable example for budget-conscious O'Neal collectors.

The blue mesh pinstripe jersey is lettered "Orlando" across the front and features the number "32" on the front and reverse. "O'Neal" is lettered on the reverse above the number. All front letters are applied in white on black silk screen, while all reverse letters are applied in white on black tackle twill. The numerals are all applied in white on black tackle twill. Located on the front left tail are a "Champion 54" label and a second Champion label reading in part: "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Orlando Magic Body Length +4."  The matching blue mesh pinstripe shorts feature two Champion labels in the waistband. The first is a "Champion 48" label. The other reads Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Orlando Magic Rise +2 Inseam +4." The uniform is original as issued and shows no use. Together with a letter of provenance from the consignor.
