The front of the jersey includes "CHARLOTTE" in white text with blue trim across the top chest area. Below Charlotte is Johnson's number 2, in the same style. Each letter and number are individually stitched to the jersey. The NBA silhouette logo is embroidered on the left shoulder. Number 2 is on the back of the jersey, outlined in blue, and "JOHNSON" is sewn into the jersey above the number. The jersey shows moderate signs of use.
