Vintage 1950s autograph album featuring the signatures of several members of the Brooklyn Dodgers, including Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, and Sandy Koufax (1955 rookie season). This album belonged to a young woman who was a huge Dodgers fan and is accompanied by a handwritten letter of provenance in which she details its history. The autograph album was used by the owner for a variety of events, including getting the autographs of her middle school classmates and teachers. As such, only several of the signatures in the album are of ballplayers, but a few celebrities are also represented. Ideally, the original owner made a list at the beginning of the album in which she noted the date each of the ballplayer autographs were obtained. According to that list, both Sandy Koufax signatures were obtained on July 23, 1955, which was his rookie season. The Jackie Robinson signature grades 3/10 because his pen was running out of ink. The remainder of the signatures, which are in pencil, grade 9/10 on average. Full LOAs from PSA are provided for the Robinson, Campanella, and Koufax signatures.
