Presented is a decorative "CLEVELAND, OHIO/HOME of the INDIANS" plate. Beautifully detailed, the plate has a diameter of 10". Around the elevated rim of the plate are depictions of five Cleveland cultural or public sites, each named: Museum of Art, Public Auditorium, Union Terminal, New Post Office, Fine Arts Garden. In the center portion of the plate is a large depiction of Cleveland Stadium. On the bottom of the plate rim is, "CLEVELAND, OHIO/Home of the INDIANS." On the back of the plate, machine printing reads, in part, "The lakefront stadium, home of the American League Indians, becomes a mecca for visitors during baseball season. Twice World Champions (1920 and 1948), the Cleveland Club has long been known for aggressive and colorful baseball." Also on back, "Keitlesprings ILNS..R.D.2/ALLIANCE, OHIO." The plate is in EXCELLENT condition.
