Louisville Slugger New York Yankees commemorative bat signed on the barrel in blue Sharpie by twenty-nine members of the 2001 American League Champion New York Yankees, plus Don Mattingly. Included among the signatures are those of Jeter, Rivera, Torre (Mgr.), Martinez, Williams, O'Neill, Mussina, Clemens, Pettitte, O. Hernandez, A. Hernandez, Stanton, Justice, Spencer, Mendoza, Brosius, Knoblauch, Bellinger, Stottlemyre (coach), Zimmer (coach), and Randolph (coach). All the signatures are boldly scripted and average 9/10. The bat (34") remains in Near Mint to Mint condition. An MLB hologram label (AT359942) is affixed to the knob. As noted on the MLB website, this bat was signed as part of a charity event, most likely to raise money for the victims of 9/11. As such, a depiction of the American Flag has been hand-painted on the barrel.
