Displayed is a Barry Larkin Cincinnati Reds game worn and signed cap that the Hall of Fame shortstop wore during the later part of the 1990s. Larkin played his entire career with the Cincinnati Reds. He was a 3-time Gold Glove winner and also a 9-time Silver Slugger. He had a career .295 batting average with 2,340 hits, 1,340 runs, and 379 stolen bases. He was the first shortstop to have both 30 homers and 30 steals in the same season. Larkin was a member of the 1990 World Champions. The 12-time All-Star was the NL MVP in 1995. The offered cap is white on top with red pinstripes, a red bill, a red button, and a red "C" on the front. The cap exhibits beautiful use, with sweat and dirt stains. Under the brim is "11" in black marker. On the back inside of the interior hat band are three tags: 1) Authentic Diamond Collection; 2) New Era; 3) SIZE 7 & 1/8. The cap is signed, in black marker, on the brim by Larkin, who also added his number "11" below his signature.
