Addendum (10/14 - 11:40 am): The title for this lot initially state that this photo is a Type I.  It is, in fact a Type III as can be seen in the photo and was listed in the description.  

A vintage 5.5x8" photograph of Al Capone from the 1920s. The picture has been verified as a Type III photograph by PSA and encapsulated. The grading service has also notated Brown Brothers. A Type III photo is a second-generation image, produced from a duplicate negative within two years of the original item being taken. Capone is one of the most-famed gangsters in American history and he was especially prominent during the 1920s, and collectibles related to Capone are highly sought after.
