"Yankees Team 31" is lettered in white along the base. The photographer's credit, "Thorne," appears in the lower right corner. This photo comes with the special provenance of originating from the personal collection of Joe Sewell and is accompanied by a signed letter of provenance from his son, James Sewell. The photo (13.25x5.25"), which displays exceptional clarity, has been neatly trimmed to its current dimensions and shows evidence of having once been matted and framed. Excellent condition overall.
