1981 Mike Flanagan Baltimore Orioles signed game used jersey is a road-gray button-front issue with Rawlings size 42 and SET 1 1981 tagging sewn inside the right tail. Script Orioles is across the chest with number 46 below left and on back, all in orange-on-black tackle twill. Name in same style is arched on a plate above the rear number. Flanagan has signed the inside collar - technically inside the jersey but nicely visible from the front - in 6-7/10 black Sharpie. The '81 campaign was significant for the MLB strike which canceled many games, and upon return that season, a bout of tendonitis snapped his incredible string of making 157 consecutive scheduled starts. The affable left-hander pitched in all or parts of 15 of his 18 MLB seasons while in Baltimore, where he is considered among the best hurlers in franchise history.
