Two Cleveland Indians pennants and two Cleveland Indians aprons circa the late 1940s. The scarce items were sold around Cleveland Stadium during that time period. The first banner is navy and celebrates the 1948 World Series championship team. The item features a headshot of an Indian chief with the last names of the players written into the headdress. The second banner is red and also celebrates the World Series champions. The item features a headshot of Lou Boudreau and the names of the players are listed on a scroll. The first apron is plastic and reads Greetings from Cleveland, The City of Champions. The item features images of prominent Cleveland spots including Euclid Beach Park, Terminal Tower, and Cleveland Stadium. The other apron is red and white and reads World Series 1948 American League Champions and features the Indians mascot, Chief Wahoo, in batting stance. Despite their age, each of the items is in excellent condition.
