Rare baseball signed by seven members of the Grateful Dead, including four of the five founding members. The Official National League (White) ball has been signed in black marker by Jerry Garcia (founding member), Bill Kreutzmann (founding member), Phil Lesh (founding member), Bob Weir (founding member), Vince Welnick (sweet spot), Mickey Hart, and Bruce Hornsby. The signatures are all boldly scripted and grade 8/10 overall. The ball displays a slight abrasion to the Rawlings stamp and is otherwise in Near Mint condition. This ball, which dates to the 1991-92 manufacturing period, originates from the personal collection of a former San Francisco Giants employee. Bruce Hornsby toured with the Grateful Dead from September 1990 to March 1992. Research indicates that the Grateful Dead performed at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco on November 3, 1991, which is most likely when the signatures were obtained. Full LOA from PSA.
