Mickey Mantle H&B signature model (K55) bat dating from the 1977-79 manufacturing period. As noted in the accompanying PSA LOA, this bat was most likely used by Mantle during spring training while serving as a guest instructor at the Yankees facility in Fort Lauderdale. The bat, which is not cracked, measures 35 inches and weighs 29.9 ounces. Excellent use is exhibited throughout, including ball marks on the barrel. Mantle's uniform number (7) is written on the knob in vintage black marker. A bat such as this offers a nice alternative for collectors wishing to add a Mantle pro model bat to their collection, but without having to "break the bank" to do so. Full LOA from PSA.
