Collection of four color transparencies and twenty-one film negatives dating from the 1970s and 1980s. These images were all taken at Yankee Stadium and one color transparency pictures Thurman Munson. In fact, this image was used for Munson's 1971 New York Yankees Clinic Day Postcards, so we can conclude it is a rookie era image. Fifteen other images feature Reggie Jackson as a member of the A's, Yankees, or Angels, including one color transparency. The remaining two color transparencies are team images of the 1972 Yankees. Four of the negatives measure 5x4 inches, one measures 2.5x3.25 inches, and the remaining sixteen measure 1.5x1 inches individually, but they are in the form of four uncut panels consisting of four negatives each. In addition to the two 1972 team photos, there is also a negative (2.5x3.25") of the 1971 New York Yankees, an image of Oscar Gamble at the plate, and a few other unidentified players in game action. Accompanied by nine original paper sleeves. Please note: the positive images seen on our website are for illustrative purposes only and do not accompany the negatives; only the negatives are offered in this lot.
