Collection of ten vintage New York Yankees pennants dating from the 1960s, all but one of which is dated. Six of the pennants are team-photo pennants and feature an actual photo either stapled (as issued) or affixed to the pennant: 1961, 1962 (four different examples), and 1967. An additional team-photo pennant, issued for the 1960 World Series, has the Yankees team image painted on the pennant in white graphics. The remaining three pennants consist of two different examples issued for the 1963 World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, and an undated pennant. All are approximately twenty-nine inches in length and three are without tassels. Two have a set of tassels missing. Nearly all display moderate to heavy wear common to vintage pennants, including tack holes, light fading to the felt, clipped or torn tips, light staining, and crazing to the painted graphics.
