Lot Description  

Vintage 1950s-era photo capturing Lou Gehrig during the historic "Lou Gehrig Day" ceremony at Yankee Stadium on July 4, 1939. The iconic image captures Gehrig as he tries to hold back tears during the emotional moment. The photo (6x9.5") remains in Excellent to Mint condition. Encapsulated as Type IV Authentic by PSA.
