Pittsburgh Steelers home jersey worn by linebacker James Harrison in a game against the San Francisco 49ers at Heinz Field on September 20, 2015. Harrison has personally attested to its game-used status by signing the jersey in black Sharpie (grading 9/10) on the reverse numeral "9" and adding the inscription "2015 Game Used/9-20-15 vs 49ers" on the reverse numeral "2." Harrison has also provided a one-page type-signed LOA confirming the jersey's use in the game against San Francisco on September 20, 2015. Additionally, Lelands has photo-matched the jersey to the one worn by Harrison on that date (Getty 596902336).

The black mesh jersey features the number "92" on the front, reverse, and each shoulder. "Harrison" is lettered upon a black nameplate on the reverse, directly above the number. All numerals are applied in white tackle twill, while all letters are applied in gold tackle twill. A Steelers team patch appears on the left breast. Located in the collar are a "Nike 44" label and a "2015" year tag. The notation "S. F. #2 S. F." is written in black marker on the manufacturer's tag (the "#2" denotes the second game of the season). The jersey is original as issued, and displays heavy wear, including numerous paint transfers, scuffs, and brown stains on the front number.

Harrison recorded 2 combined tackles and 2 quarterback hits in the Steelers dominating 43-18 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on September 20, 2015. For the season, Harrison recorded 40 combined tackles and five sacks to help lead the Steelers to a 10-6 record and a berth in the playoffs. A perennial Pro Bowler, Harrison retired after the 2017 season with 811 combined tackles and 84.5 sacks.
