Exceedingly rare Green Bay Packers hat sold at the Orange Bowl during Super Bowl II. This is one of the rarest of all Green Bay Packers Super Bowl II souvenirs. Not only is it the first example we have ever handled, but just the second we have seen at auction. Its rarity is almost certainly due to its fragile nature. The hat is made of white Styrofoam and is easily susceptible to damage, which probably resulted in most having been discarded over the years. The equally fragile original green paper band, reading "Green Bay Packers - Orange Bowl," remains intact around the top portion. The hat displays moderate soiling and is complete with its original sizing string on the interior.
