Collection of four early Los Angeles Dodgers pennants. One of the pennants, which was most likely issued in 1958, features Emmett Kelly, who was the Dodgers mascot in 1957. After the team moved to Los Angeles, the club declined to renew Kelly's contract, but it didn't stop the Dodgers from using his likeness on its pennants that year. Each of the large-format pennants measures approximately 29 inches in length. Good to Very Good condition overall, with flaws including tack holes, clipped tips, missing tassels, and crazing to the painted graphics.
