Official American League (Harridge) ball signed by Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. Each player has signed the ball in green ink, with Ruth's signature (grading 5/10) occupying it's customary place on the sweet spot and Gehrig's signature (grading 6/10) located on the side panel directly to the left. This ball is new to the hobby and has been in the sole possession of the family of the gentleman who originally obtained it during the early 1930s. A Ruth/Gehrig ball has always been the most desirable dual-signed baseball in the hobby and this example is notable for its outstanding condition. Aside from some very light, even toning, and a few tiny age spots, the ball remains in Near Mint condition, with extremely bold stampings.
