A verifiable work of art describes this 1932 scrapbook page signed by Honus Wagner. Measuring 5.25x8.25", the page is beautifully signed across the top half with a date of 8/21/32, inscribed "with best wishes to (?) S. Turner from J. Honus Wagner in blue/green fountain ink grading 8/10. Below that, a pair of images of Wagner have been neatly trimmed and affixed to the page, along with an illustration of a running player with wings in the bottom left corner. Reverse is blank except for outlines from the adhesive used to mount the photos on the opposite side, and a few dots where the writing has bled through. Some expected age wear is around the edges, there is a small cut to the bottom right corner and the only significant blemish is a small glue stain right at the end of the signature.
