Nice trio of plaques from the personal collection of long-time Baltimore Colts running back Tom Matte. 1) Wood plaque measuring 15.5x12" has a football-shaped centerpiece upon which reads, "Minneapolis-St. Paul Minute Men's - PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD - presented to - TOM MATTE - for his outstanding performance during the 1965 National Football League season. Signed on back in silver paint pen with inscription "Baltimore Colts 1961-76 #41." Plaque shows wear, in GD-VG condition. 2) Wood plaque measuring 11x14.25" has a football image at top, with plate engraved "Chambersburg Touchdown Club - Outstanding Professional Player - TOM MATTE - Baltimore Colts - 1969." Signed on back in silver paint pen and inscribed "Baltimore Colts #41." Plaque shows wear, in GD-VG condition. 3) Shield shaped wood base measures approximately 14x16" with plate at top reading, "1964 Western Division Champions - Baltimore Colts - Won 12 - Lost 2" above another which reads "Dec 27, 1964 - NFL Champions - Browns 27 - Colts 0." Six small plates on each side and two at the bottom detail each of the scores and dates of each of the Colts 14 games that season. Has some scratches, in VG-EX condition.
