Among the royal families of auto racing, few names resonate like Andretti, and these items were all used and signed by Michael Andretti during the 2000-01 Indy Car season. Included are a visor bearing sponsorship from Texaco and KMart, signed across the tinted plastic in black Sharpie and inscribed "'00 Homestead Race;" a pair of Driving Force gloves with same sponsor logos embroidered (one on each glove), each bearing "Andretti 2000/01" sewn-on patch and signed on the back; Driving Force race shoes with similar "Andretti 2000/01" patch, each signed on the silver stripe on the outside of the shoe. Autographs are all clear, and we are unsure as to where the gloves and shoes were worn. Michael won an amazing 42 titles, the most during the CART era and still fourth-most all time.
