"Bulldog" was the name that his Los Angeles Dodger manager gave to Orel Hershiser, and the Dodger right-hander became just that. Hershiser spent three seasons with the Cleveland Indians and offered is his Cleveland warm-up jacket. Hershiser spent 18 years in the Major Leagues, the first 13 of those with the Dodgers. He has a 204-150 record with a lifetime 3.48 ERA. Hershiser won the 1988 Cy Young Award with a season record of 23-8. Orel was both the NLCS MVP, and the World Series MVP as the Dodgers won the World Series. Hershiser pitched for Cleveland from 1995-1997. He went 45-21 in those years, and Orel won the ALCS MVP in 1997. The jacket shows nice use. It was won by Hershiser during warm-ups and while he was on the bench. The warm-up jacket came directly from the Indians, with their stamp in the collar. The jacket exhibits nice use. The collar also has a Diamond Collection Starters' manufacturer's tag, and Hershiser's number "55" is handwritten on the manufacturer's tag and a "2XL" tag. The red jacket has black and white trim. The MLB logo tag is on the top of the back. Indians is scripted across the chest. Sunflower seeds are still in the pockets. With the Cleveland team now called the Guardians, Cleveland Indians memorabilia is sparking new interest.
