Trio of game-used bats belonging, respectively, to three members of the 2007 World Champion Boston Red Sox: Manny Ramirez, Jason Varitek, and Mike Lowell. 1) Manny Ramirez. Louisville Slugger pro-model ("S318") bat dating from the circa 2004-2008 manufacturing period. The black maple cupped-end bat displays outstanding use, including numerous ball marks on the barrel, pine tar, and a severe crack in the handle. There is also evidence of a former tape wrap around the handle and knob. Length: 34". Weight: 30.5 ounces. 2) Jason Varitek. Rawlings pro-model ("456A") bat dating from 2007. The bat, which is not cracked, displays excellent use, including ball marks, brown bat-rack streaks, cleat marks, pine tar, and a wrap of white tape (approximately 2.5") on the lower handle. Varitek's uniform number ("33") and the bat's weight (33 1/8) are written on the knob, respectively, in black and blue marker. Stamped on the knob are the bat's model number ("456A"), order number ("260"), and year code ("07"). Length: 35". Weight: 33.125 ounces. Accompanied by a full LOA from PSA. 3) Mike Lowell. Louisville Slugger pro-model ("T141") bat dating from the 2006/2008 manufacturing period. The bat, which is not cracked, is "game ready," and shows very light use. Lowell's uniform number ("25") is written on the knob and barrel head in silver paint pen. Also displayed on the knob are three silver dots, which indicated the bat's weight. Length: 34". Weight: 31.3 ounces. Accompanied by a full LOA from PSA.
