Clever and rare ticket proof dates from the 1938 season, the very first in which night games were played at Brooklyn's Ebbets Field. Fun design has standard stub on one side, while the other has a die-cut light bulb below a baseball and the ticket is marked "Night Game 6," which dates it to the August 19 contest against Boston, with the Dodgers prevailing in an 11-inning 1-0 pitchers' duel. Proof is like new, has three VOID stamps, and is encapsulated by PSA as Full Authentic. Small piece of tape on back is supporting the perforation but it does not look to have been folded; overall EX-NM condition.
