Bernie Williams Rawlings block-letter (full name) professional model "DW20" bat dating from the Yankees' historic 1998 World Championship season. Graded GU 9 by PSA. The bat, which is 34.5" in length and weighs 31.7 ounces, is not cracked and displays excellent use. The barrel displays numerous ball marks, including blue-ink transfers, and light checking. Williams has signed the bat in silver paint pen (grading 9/10) directly above the barrel stamping. Williams enjoyed perhaps his finest season in pinstripes in 1998 as he won his first and only American League batting title with a .339 average. He also hit 26 home runs and drove in 97 runs to help lead the Yankees to a Major League record 114 wins and the first of three consecutive World Championships. An outstanding Williams game-used bat dating from the most memorable season of his career. A PSA hologram label (#1B07613) is affixed to the head of the barrel, but the corresponding letter does not accompany the bat.
