Original Type I photograph of a capacity-filled Yankee Stadium, circa mid-1920s. Taken from the perspective of the third base dugout, the image captures a few players warming up prior to the game, the first base grandstand (including a portion of the famed façade), and portion of the right field bleachers. A notation was engraved into the base of the negative, which appears in white lettering along the bottom border. Two Brown Brothers credit stamps appear on the reverse, as do a few handwritten editorial markings, including “Yankee Stadium.” The photo measures 6.5x4.75” and displays a tiny ink mark in the upper left corner. EX. Culled from the legendary Brown Brothers Photo Archive. PSA encapsulated as Type I Authentic.
