Original Type I photograph of Hall of Fame shortstop Hughie Jennings as manager of the Detroit Tigers, circa 1919. Jennings is pictured holding an issue of Colliers magazine. Three Brown Brothers credit stamps appear on the reverse, along with Jennings' name and a few editorial markings. Based upon the uniform style, this photo was taken between the years 1918 and 1920. Jennings managed the Tigers from 1907 to 1920. The photo measures 7x4.75” and displays a tiny crease in the upper right corner. EX. Culled from the legendary Brown Brothers Photo Archive.
