A very decent example of Topps’ 5¢ baseball display box from 1955. Not seen all that often, this 1955 baseball box has had some tape work done to keep the lid and left/right rear corners intact, but otherwise displays nicely with bright colors and graphics. The date "1955" is neatly written on the top panel, and it seems something was affixed to the lid at one time that was removed ("new 9-card series" sticker?) with some sticker residue remaining. A very nice addition to your collection if you’re a '50s display box collector.
