Rare 1976 Bud Harrelson New York Mets game worn road jersey with equally rare pillbox hat. Jersey is blue-gray with script Mets across the chest of the button-front and number 3 on front and back in blue-on-orange tackle twll. Goodman and Sons size 38 tagging is on front tail, and the jersey shows nice use with National League Centennial patch on right sleeve, Mets skyline logo patch on left, and also black armband on left sleeve in memory of Mrs. Joan Payson and Casey Stengel. Pillbox-style hat, blue with orange stripes, is New Era size 7 1/4 with "3" under the brim in marker, signed on top of brim with "Game Used 1976" written by Harrelson; brim has one internal crack in center. The popular shortstop was the first player inducted into the Mets Hall of Fame, largely for his performance in both the 1969 and 1973 postseason runs.
