Splendid game ball from Nolan Ryan's 3,000th strikeout game on July 4, 1980, against the Cincinnati Reds. Official National League (Feeney) ball shows light but definite use, nicely rubbed-up with a black streak (shoe polish?) near the main stamp as well as some other stains. Comes with Reds Certificate of Authenticity noting the date and score (Reds 8, Astros 1) and that this ball was, "one of only twelve being made available to collectors." Great piece of baseball history.
