Very rare Type I photo captures one of the most iconic moments in sports history as Boston Red Sox catcher Carlton Fisk celebrates after his extra inning home run in Game 6 of the 1975 World Series. Baseball fans can easily conjure the image of Pudge's arms waving, willing his long drive to stay fair and keeping the Sox in the series against the Big Red Machine. This 8x10" shot shows Fisk's hands held high as the shot did, indeed stay fair, though the Reds did prevail in Game 7. Photo was taken by Boston Herald photographer Mike Anderson, with his stamp on back; EX-NM condition, encapsulated as Type I Authentic by PSA.
